6. Cancellation and Waiting Charges
If a confirmed service request is cancelled after dispatch, or if our team arrives and experiences excessive delay due to customer unavailability, incorrect location, restricted access, or refusal to proceed, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.

- the vehicle does not contain illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items
- the vehicle is safe to handle to the best of your knowledge
- you will cooperate with reasonable instructions from our team

8. Limitations of Service
We may refuse, delay, or cancel service where:
- conditions are unsafe
- access is restricted or prohibited
- the vehicle cannot be handled safely with available equipment
- law enforcement or regulatory restrictions apply
- weather, traffic, or road conditions prevent safe operations
- the customer provides misleading or insufficient information
9. Liability
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iqrar Recovery Services shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- loss of profit, income, or business
- delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, police action, or events beyond our reasonable control
- pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failure, or hidden defects
- damage resulting from inaccurate customer instructions or undisclosed vehicle conditions
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
10. Vehicle Condition
Customers are encouraged to document the vehicle condition before service where possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, mechanical failures, internal faults, or damage arising from the vehicle’s existing condition.
11. Roadside Assistance Limitations
Some roadside services may be temporary in nature, such as battery jump start, tyre assistance, or fuel delivery. We do not guarantee that such assistance will permanently resolve the underlying vehicle issue.
